Competition Terms & Conditions

The prize draw is open to all UK residents, except employees of Live Nation (Music) UK Limited, whose registered office is at 30 St John Street, London, EC1M 4AY (“Live Nation”), their immediate families, agents, or any third party professionally connected to the prize draw.

Live Nation may require proof that you are eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, but an internet connection will be required. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

Entrants are required to provide their email address. Your email address will be added to the Foo Fighters mailing list, maintained by Live Nation. Live Nation does not pass any information to third parties and provides a link to unsubscribe in every message sent.

All entries must be submitted via https://shopuk.foofighters.com/ between Tuesday 10 March 2025 at 12:00pm GMT and Tuesday 17 March 2025 at 12:00pm GMT.

Only one entry per person will be valid. Incomplete entries and entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and will not be counted.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter the competition. Anyone attending the show with the winner must be aged 14 or over. Individuals under the age of 14 will not be permitted entry. Proof of age may be required on arrival.

All entrants must have a Live Nation and Gigs and Tours account in order to receive their digital tickets. Tickets will be sent 48 hours before the event.

Winners will receive: 6 tickets for the Foo Fighters show in Liverpool on 27 June 2026.

Three (3) winners will be selected at random by BSI / Live Nation / Columbia Records UK from all eligible and qualifying entries received. Winners will be notified by email (using the details provided at the time of entry) before 27 June 2026.

Winners must be available on 27 June and do not have the option to choose an alternative date. If a winner is unable to attend on this date, they must inform Live Nation before 27 June.

Accommodation and travel will not be provided. Competition winners are responsible for arranging these at their own expense. Winners are not permitted to sell or transfer their tickets once they have been selected. If a winner is unable to attend, they must inform Live Nation so that another winner can be chosen. Any winner found selling their tickets may face legal action.

A ticket is a personal, revocable licence and remains the property of the Promoters at all times. Tickets must be surrendered to the Promoters upon request.

The winner must reply by email providing their full name within 24 hours of notification being sent by Live Nation in order to claim their prize. Otherwise, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Live Nation will be entitled to select another winner (using the process described above).

Live Nation reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part thereof) for a prize of equivalent monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. The sponsor is not responsible for any suspension of the prize draw or inability to award any prize contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control. There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part thereof). The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Live Nation's decisions regarding all matters relating to this prize draw are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Live Nation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Live Nation will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond Live Nation’s reasonable control: technology failures of any kind, problems with the collection of or a winner's failure to claim or collect a prize correctly, or any act or default of a third-party supplier. This exclusion does not exclude Live Nation’s liability for its own fraud, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

Live Nation will use each entrant's personal details for the purposes of administering this prize draw only and may use the winners' names, images, towns, or countries of residence to announce the winners of this prize draw and for any reasonably related promotional purposes without additional remuneration. The information you provide will only be used for prize notification and fulfilment purposes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties exclusively submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
